Just realised that i blog more frequently during exams period.. I guess maybe it's bcoz i'm facing my computer more..

Anyway.. OH, NIE person-in-charge called me yesterday! I'm very excited coz i'm asked to go for a music audition which means that if i pass it i will be teaching both econs and music in secondary school! Econs was something that i've expected but music came to be a surprise as i didn't have a degree in music so.. for them to offer it to me as a post-grad diploma... it's really a miracle from God. Thank you Jesus! =) =) =)

Ok, this is expected of me for the coming audition
1. Prepared pieces amounting to between 5 and 10 minutes from any genre/style
2. Sight-sing a tune (which will be given to you on the day of the audition)
3. Harmonise the same tune (choice of harmonies are yours)
4. Use your harmonisations of that same tune to improvise the melodic line.
5. A brief interview.

Frankly speaking i'm really very nervous as it's been 4 yrs since i've last took a music exam. So please keep me in prayers ok?

Oh and yesterday i went to city hall with peiyun after studying till 10pm at NUS. I was super tired actually but in the end i still went with her. We went to this Italian cafe at Raffles city.. can't remember the name but it's rather high-class. We got ourselves some cakes, can u imagine? One Tiramisu cake cost almost 8 bucks!! BUT thank God we had a discount.. so it's only $3.65! Hehe =p I felt like a little girl standing down there, so facsinated by all the interesting looking cakes and asking the waiter lots of questions.. Haha. But really, the cakes are all so unique, all italian names. How i wish i can eat them ALL! Haha.. but end up i got myself a tiramisu coz the waitress recommended it and i trusted her =)

OK! Here's some pics of MY yummy tiramisu!
