Most 'fallen' ministers I've met with said they had no-one to talk to, no trusted friends who would understand their problem.
God says, 'It's not good that man be alone.'
Friends are to laugh with, cry with and do life together with.
Friends are forged in fire.
Shared experience is the basis of relationship.
Be they are in their ups, their downs, and friendship forms.
Our destiny is locked into our friendships.
Jonathan was meant to inherit his father Saul's throne, but he prepared his soul friend David for that.
How are your friends?

Service was great last weekend.

I was really ministered during worship. Tears kept flowing and Pastor Kong preached a message about servanthood. I felt encourged by the word and i feel that i can identify myself with Andrew.

I want to be a servant of God.
My service is not unto man but unto Him.
It doesn't need to be visible, because God sees everything and He knows and He understands.

The worship song by True Worshippers is simply beautiful. The song kept ringing in my head the past few days. Felt that it speaks concerning the issues of my heart especially the chorus.

"No longer my ways, let your will be done. Make me a servant my heart's ever true. Clinging to the Cross i'll follow you..."

A SERVANT'S HEART
STANDING IN AWE OF YOUR GRACE
SETTING MY FEET IN YOUR WAYS
ENTERING INTO YOUR PRESENCE
TO BEHOLD YOU FACE TO FACE

GOD OF ALL HEAVEN AND EARTH
HOLDING ME IN YOUR EMBRACE
UNFAILING LOVE THAT SURROUNDS ME
OH... GOD I STAND AMAZED

MY JESUS, MY LORD
YOU`RE THE LOVE OF MY LOVE
WHEREVER YOU GO WANNA BE BY YOUR SIDE
NO LONGER I BUT CHRIST LIVING IN ME
SERVING YOU FOR ALL ETERNITY

MY EYES SET ON YOU IN THIS RACE THAT I RUN
NO LONGER MY WAYS LET YOUR WILL BE DONE
MAKE ME A SERVANT MY HEART`S EVER TRUE
CLINGING TO THE CROSS I`LL FOLLOW YOU
I`LL FOLLOW YOU

I just finished LOUD camp on weds. And i must say this camp is truly a resounding sucess!
We had a total of 120 friends and 40 decisions!! God is really good to us and He really answers our prayers as we persistently cried out to Him!

The games were really good this time round. One of the game we had was the "mass-legged" race whereby the entire team of 30 people were supposed to have their legs tied together, arms around each other and move together as one to the finishing line. When i saw all the teams cheering together, moving together shouting "1,2,1,2...", picking each other up when one falls, the sight was really spectacular. And i teared when the whole camp cheered for the last team who were walking in the rain, with members who had fell onto ground, and because of all the support, the members who had fallen stood up again and step by step they pressed on and they finished the race. There and then, i was really touched by the love and unity the people had and i'm reminded that indeed, there's nothing that we cannot do when our hearts are united as one.

Campfire on the last day was phenominal. All the cgls and members all went crazy! And it was the most fun and happening campfire i ever had in my whole life! Really. We danced, we screamed, we jumped. The crowd simply went wild! Even my new friends went wild! Haha. But what's really amazing was the presence of God that came when we came towards the end of the campfire and Pastor came up to thank the cgls and we sang "What a friend of God..". The presence of love was so immense and people start to tear.. in the midst of the glowing fire in the centre. I too was moved to tears. The love of God simply swept the entire camp, it was really awesome.

At the end of the day, i guess it isn't really about the competition and how good the games had been but it's the lives that have been transformed and souls that have been saved and the friendships that had been built that really matters. When i saw all their happy faces and the hands that had been lifted up to accept Jesus into their lives, i told myself for that, all my hard work and sleepless nights it had been all worthwhile. =)

God spoke to me during one of the night sessions in the camp which led me to make an important decision in my life. I'm now embarking on a new journey, it's a new beginning and i know it's going to be good and i know i can do it because God is with Me.
